Working In a Team Environment
Team leaders recognize that teams have two great assets: They possess a variety of knowledge, and they can think in a variety of ways. Successful team leaders must be able to harness these assets and provide the environment in which teams can exercise their knowledge and creativity efficiently and effectively. Come to a Workshop conducted by members of the TLI Training Group Toastmasters Club.At these workshop, we will discuss how they can do this by focusing on five critical areas:
- Developing Team Relations
- Encouraging Commitment
- Fostering Collaboration
- Building Trust
- Resolving Conflict
