Special Event: Speak Connect Lead. 13 October, Swan room, Parmelia Hilton, Perth

On Tuesday 13 October, District 17 is hosting a Corporate & Community Open House at the Parmelia Hilton in the Perth CBD — and this one's a little different from our usual events.

It's been designed from the ground up for people who have never set foot in a Toastmasters meeting: professionals and leaders from large businesses and community organisations who are curious about public speaking, leadership, and what it might look like to bring a club into their own workplace or organisation. Think a taste of a live Toastmasters-style session, sharp guest speakers on communication and leadership, and plenty of networking over drinks and canapés — all aimed at sparking the kind of "we should start a club here" conversation that leads to more members and clubs.
