Renewing Your Toastmasters Journey:

A Small Change, a Lasting Investment
Membership dues have changed, but your Toastmasters journey remains the same: opportunities to learn, lead, connect and grow. Discover here what the new fee means and why renewing can still be a valuable investment.
Membership renewal is more than a payment—it is an opportunity to continue investing in yourself, your confidence and your growth.
Toastmasters International has introduced a change to its international membership dues. From 3 August 2026, semiannual dues increased from US$60 to US$72 per member, an additional US$12 for each six-month period. This is the first membership dues increase in three years.

While any increase deserves consideration, the change represents just US$2 more per month. More importantly, your Toastmasters journey continues to provide opportunities that reach far beyond a regular club meeting.
Through your club and District 17, you can continue developing communication and leadership skills, participating in speech contests, attending educational events and webinars, taking on leadership roles, and connecting with a supportive community.
Toastmasters International explained that the Board considered rising technology and cybersecurity costs, regulatory and compliance requirements, and the ongoing cost of supporting a global organisation. Before approving the increase, the Board also reduced operating costs, streamlined staffing and explored other funding sources.

So, when renewal time arrives during September 2026, perhaps look beyond the amount and reflect on what Toastmasters has already given you—and what you would still like to achieve.
That first speech. The confidence you gained. The leadership opportunity you accepted. The feedback that helped you improve.
Renewal is simply another step in the journey.
If you are not finished growing, there may still be more Toastmasters moments waiting for you.
