YOUR Club Website – Workshop

YOUR FREETOASTHOST WEBSITE WORKING FOR YOUR CLUB
Join us on Saturday 3rd August 2019 to learn how to maintain your club Website to attract more visitors and potential members for your club
Registrations open at 1:00pm for a 1.30pm start. This training will be held at the Technology Park Function Centre, 2 Brodie Hall Drive, Bentley.
Bring your laptop as this session is interactive. Free WiFi available. You will also need your club website “administrator password” to be able to login as administrator.

The aim is to demonstrate to club officers that a properly functioning FreeToastHost website will be beneficial for the administration of your clubs and to attract prospective members to visit your clubs.
This session will include:
- Signing in to the Club website as the administrator
- Updating your Home Page (includes loading photos and images)
- Website settings
- Email and contact form
- Membership management
- Moving a prospect to be a guest/new member
- Dues management
- Members only area.
Most importantly, it will also cover the creation of the special email address for Base Camp Managers that is challenging forcclub officers.
