I received my 3rd DTM on the 17th Jan 2012 and some members have asked me why? Why a 3rd DTM and the answer is easy.

I have been a member of Toastmasters for over 10 years now and I am still learning something new from every club meeting. The new motto for Toastmasters International is “Where Leaders are made” and I believe that this really rings true for any member who stays in Toastmasters. I have been a District leader for 6 years and the Leadership skills I have gained are many fold. By just following the communication and leadership tracks set by Toastmasters and making sure every speech you give and every leadership task you perform are from the set manuals, the DTMs and the skills gained from them, will follow.

It has been a pleasure gaining my 3rd DTM this year and so when someone asks me why a 4th DTM? The answer is easy!!
