When you have enough members to charter your new club, these forms need to be filled in and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Remember to pay for all the new member kits you received in your application to organise kit.

Charter Information – New Clubs This spread sheet has 2 tabs at the bottom. Make sure all information about your new club has been entered along with your new club committee and charter member information.
When you have completed these forms, send them to your District Governor or LGM to double check that all is correct before sending them to WHQ. If information is left out or incorrect, it can hold up charter proceedings for weeks.
