District 17 is proud to announce the winner of the Best Club Vision contest in our QuickStart 1-2-3 incentive campaign — Aspire Toastmasters Subiaco!
Out of 28 inspiring entries submitted by clubs across the District, five finalists were shortlisted by the District Trio and presented to Radhi Spear, DTM – Toastmasters International President 2024–2025, at the International Convention in Philadelphia. We are delighted to share that Radhi selected Aspire Toastmasters as the winner!

What a fabulous time we’ve had in our Quickstart 1-2-3 competition! Member engagement and creativity was at the highest level. From the creative photos clubs submitted, to the positive and supportive environments created by D17 clubs, Toastmasters around Western Australia are winners!
Congratulations to all clubs that participated. 95% of all clubs in the District gained at least some points in the Quickstart 1-2-3.Â
Our winners were available on the Club Website from 28 August 2025.
CONGRATULATIONS MULTICULTURAL MANDURAH who won GOLD in the Tier 3 with points in every category for a total of 150 points.
Winners Multicultural Mandurah Toastmasters_ Tier 3 13 members or less at June 18 2025.
COMO COMMUNICATORS won GOLD in Tier 3 of the competition with 320 points – having 7 new members really set them apart from the competition.

Hats off to SUNDAY SUNDOWNERS who won GOLD for Tier 1 with a total of 630 points! An impressive 9 new or reinstating members and 270 points achieved through the completion of pathways award, Nailed it!
