How To Participate - Decathlon now CLOSED and FINAL RESULTS were announced at Club Officer Training on Sat 21 June. See leaderboard below!

Step 1: Capture the Moment:

At your next club meeting, take a photo with your club banner, and a sign celebrating Toastmasters 100yr Anniversary for the D17 Conference Marawar 2025: Inspired Banner Parade.

Create (or photoshop) three signs for your photo in support of our D17 Conference that say:

  • Our club will register X members for the D17 Conference!
  • Our District will get XXX people to Marawar 2025
  • Our club pledges $100 (cash / product / voucher)

Step 2: Submit Your Club Photo: to maree.pickens@toastmastersd17.org before midnight Sunday 13 April and be in the winning for a special club prize if your District registration estimate is closest! Club photos will be accepted anytime up until 5pm 11 May.

Step 3: Promote the Decathlon to your club: make it a theme for an upcoming meeting! Get members to take on different events and work together to succeed - it will be fun, challenging and inspiring!

Note: For total registrants pick a number between 100 – 200 people. Includes all people registered before midnight Sun 11 May for any paid event at the D17 Conference Marawar 2025: Inspired 16-17-18 May . The Club with the closest estimate will win the photo prize. If more than one winning entry, then the club that submitted their club photo estimate earliest will win and there will be a consolation prize for the other correct answers. See Rewards section below for club and individual prizes for the Decathlon.
