Smaller clubs with fewer than 13 members have a unique opportunity to create close-knit, dynamic meetings. While it can be challenging to fill all the assigned roles, this allows members to develop a diverse set of skills by taking on multiple roles. Guests can be inspired by the versatility and dedication of the members. Although small clubs can host fantastic meetings, growing to 14 or more members can enhance sustainability and provide even more enriching experiences for everyone involved.
How you can help a smaller Tier 3 club
To support our smaller clubs in hosting dynamic and impressive meetings, we invite members of larger clubs to visit any of the clubs listed below. Simply check the Find a Club page for their meeting details and contact information, and let them know you'd like to visit. Offer to take on any role they need – you might even get the chance to give a speech! You'll gain fresh insights from a different evaluator and advance your own learning in the process. It's a win-win for everyone!
