Our next session will be all about Managing Meeting Agendas.

Yes, club agendas are the hardest and most time consuming responsibility of a VPE, so I’ve invited Ross Wilkinson back for our next session to share with us some strategies and insights on tackling this enormous task.

In addition to Ross, I’ve invited 2 other experienced Toastmasters, Stephen Ermann and Janette Edwards.

Together, we’ll be having a round table discussion on the different tools, techniques, and thinking that goes behind managing agendas, so it doesn’t seem as difficult or time consuming.

We’ll also talk about how to handle people backing out at the last minute and completely messing up your nicely planned in advance agenda (cause this doesn’t happen a lot right?).
