To be eligible to vote and participate in the meeting, you must be a member in good standing, in a club in good standing. Proxy votes are not permitted for a virtual District Council Meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting, please forward your apology to Administration Manager Cherie Wallace as soon as possible. If you have already sent your apology, there is no need to resend it.

The meeting room will open at 12:30pm for delegates, please login by no later than 12:45pm. You will be held in the Waiting Room until the Credentials Committee admits you to the meeting where they will rename you according to the number of votes you are eligible to cast. If possible, it would be helpful if you could enter the room with only your first name and last name (as registered with Toastmasters International) and no other numbers, abbreviations or titles that are not your name.

Please be aware: anyone joining the meeting after 1:00pm will not be included in the quorum and their votes will not count. However, if you have been admitted by the Credentials Committee prior to 1:00pm, drop out of the meeting and rejoin, you will continue to form part of the quorum and be able to vote.
