2025 Pathways Enhancements Launch_Workshop Recordings
On 22 October 2025, Toastmasters 101st Anniversary, exciting enhancements to the Pathways learning experience went live. These updates have added new requirements to each level of the six current English paths, aimed at boosting member engagement, leadership development, and overall club quality.
Members will now complete specific meeting roles and deliver presentations from the Toastmasters Education Series as part of their Pathways progress. These changes are designed to encourage deeper participation and provide more opportunities for skill-building.
To help club officers and members understand the changes, District 17 Program Quality Director Maree Pickens held a launch workshop. This session walked officers through the changes, offered practical tips, and featured guest speakers who presented from the Education Series.
