Cyril Junior Dim
Cyril Junior Dim, hailing from Zimbabwean roots, pursued his education as a Software Engineer in the vibrant city of Wrocław, Poland. Over the last 13 years, he has dedicated himself to the craft of Public Speaking, traversing diverse realms of expression including Theatre, Stand-Up Comedy, Sports Commentary, and Events Hosting.
Cyril's prowess as a Competitive Public Speaker is legendary, with notable achievements including two National Championships in two different countries and languages. Additionally, he boasts three International titles within a district spanning seven countries, excelling in Speech Evaluation, Improvised Speaking, and Humorous Speaking. As a two-time Continental Champion and the esteemed Toastmasters International's 2022 World Champion of Public Speaking, Cyril's journey is a testament to his dedication and skill in captivating audiences worldwide.
Dr Martin Dougiamas
Dr. Martin Dougiamas was a 2024 Australian of the Year WA Finalist for his contributions to revolutionizing online learning and expanding access to education.
In 2001, he founded Moodle, the world’s most widely used open-source learning management system, enabling people worldwide to access quality education regardless of location or economic status.
Now, as Head of Research, he explores AI and AR to shape the future of learning. Martin also leads Open EdTech and serves as a director at Open Education Global, advocating for open technology in education.
With deep expertise in innovation and leadership, he will share how strategic communication drives stakeholder buy-in and transforms bold ideas into reality.
Dr Tanya Finnie
Dr Tanya Finnie founded the company in 2010 after a background in the tourism and learning and development sector.
She has a passion fro bringing people together with post grad qualifications in Adult Learning and education and her PhD In cultural leadership.
She lived and worked on most continents and combine that practical experience with robust models to create change and lead in diversity, equity and inclusion practice.
Phillippa Henderson
Phillippa Henderson is a dynamic business owner and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across multiple industries.
As the Founder of The Sharing Shed, she focuses on building a safer world for youth through mental health education and awareness.
Phillippa's career is marked by her commitment to creating inclusive, safe and supportive environments where young adults can thrive. With a strong foundation in mental health advocacy, she has successfully developed and led numerous programs aimed at empowering youth and fostering community engagement.
Phillippa’s dedication to service is reflected in her work with corporates, schools, and community groups, where she continues to inspire and educate.
Viola Dondo
Viola Dondo has been a Toastmaster since 2015 and has attained the Distinguished Toastmaster twice since joining Toastmasters.
Viola has been a Rotarian since 2015 and has held several leadership positions within her club, including leading the club as its president in the 2021-2022 Rotary year.
She has had opportunities to attend the Rotary Conventions since 2016 where she has met with Rotarians from all over the world, learning how they are impacting the world.
In her role in ICDL in CSA Trust and Computer Society of Zimbabwe, she has worked with marginalized minority groups in Zambia and Zimbabwepromoting digital skills.
Viola is passionate about upskilling marginalized communities and reaching out to the less fortunate so that they have equal opportunities. She is also passionate about making a difference in this world.
